Return & Refund Policy

Processing Time

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be prepared for shipment. In the event that order processing takes longer than one week, WHW may notify you by phone or email.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. A flat rate shipping charge will be applied to each order.

Orders can be shipped to the lower 48, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please use our Contact Form and let us know about the issue with your order. Then simply send it back within 14 days of receiving it. We'll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping & handling costs.

WHW will accept accept refunds for items that are in new condition, unaltered, and free of damages from the customer. Items are not required to be returned in their original packaging, but if shipping results in damaged product(s), the customer may only be eligible for store credit and/ or a partial refund. Customer responsibility for product damage will be determined by WHW.

Refunds are not available for customized work.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Note: PayPal, Square, or Venmo (in-person transactions), processing fees are nonrefundable.

If your return is not approved, we will reach out to you to discuss re-shipment of the item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
